These are comfy elastic upper arm bands with tack strips to protect the tender area around the biceps and inner arm area.

Can be used with or without the tack strips by simply rotating the band. The tack strips will give a much better gripping for learning and practicing the more difficult arm holds on the pole allowing for longer training periods to execute a move (like the Yogini pole move) and avoid bruising the skin.
